So who am I?

Well my name is Raquel Lodestro and I’m a body and energy worker. I’ve been licensed in massage for 10 yrs and started my Reiki journey about 2 yrs ago.

Your body is one of the most amazing machines ever created. But many us have forgotten how to tune into whats going on within ourselves.

So thats where I come in, using various of techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Medical massage, along with Reiki. I can come up with what works best for your individual needs.
